Vandkunsten (the water art)

Keld Moseholm Jørgensen - 1994

In the sommer this is a functioning water fountain. The four tiny thick men, that pull the ropes, and the ropes themselves, consists of bronze. Between them are blanc polished steel plates, which reflects the water in the basin. All this is placed on a solid octoshaped granite, which then is placed in the basin.

The fountain is donated to Svendborg in 1994 by DGI(sports community) & Marksman associations during the nation festival held in Svendborg same year.

The fountain is placed in CentrumPladsen.
